Passing along some info to save the next guy some time...

Just took the survey; there are multiple free type sections where you can tell them what you think about an area. After typing on and on in a given section, I select the next section and a warning pops up that states 500 characters max (including spaces) - which really gets eat'n up fast when typing. After many, many times of shorting it and trying to resubmit, I finally copied it to word and did a charater count to get it down to 500 and then repasted it back into the survey.

Also, many other areas have you rate 1-last of order of importance... You always have to select and rate "other" even if you don't have any other.

make sure to comment in free-type that retro-pay (TRUE retro) needs to be our going-in position. We need it this time plus sets a precedent for future contracts.
