Gentlemen,
could someone post the latest, correct info on how to find out about schedules, websites, phone numbers and procedures on how to jumpseat on FedEx, UPS and DHL out of JFK.
Looks like there is all kind of old, incorrect info out there...
Can one make a 'reservation' on a connecting flight through a hub?

Call 800-544-9040 to list yourself. I think you have to call at least 24 hours prior to the flight. You must be in CASS with a picture in the system. Good luck.

Has this info been updated? I'm trying to "register" myself and list for a flight next week, yet everything on the 800# seems geared towards FedEx pilots. No option for offline. I tried pressing "0" to speak to someone, and it just rang and rang. Any help?

That's the number I tried earlier, but got the "the person at this extension could not be reached" message.
You have to stay on the phone for a couple of minutes and it will transfer you to the correct number.
Confusing, but it does work.
