Crewbus Rumors
Ok, now that I have heard this from three independent sources, thought I would throw it out there and chum the rumor waters.
1. We bought more 777's and/or are accelerating deliveries THIS YEAR.
2. Relatively large bid forthcoming for 777 and 757....Feb/Mar timeframe.
Any others hearing this?

I've heard the rumors of a 757/777 bid also. Combined with a FDA bid for Cologne and MD-11 HKG domicile maybe? Hopefully that's true so we can have a bunch more cancelled awards and threats of furlough/excess to help staff the new FDA's.

1. 757 Bid in Feb or March, training to begin at contractual minimum time (10 Days from close of bid? Look at 757 training letter...)
2. CDG not going to happen. Looking at other cities. (How long as FDX been thinking about a European Domicile? Wouldn't expect to see this bid with the 757.....in any case, cities "on the table" are: Zurich, AMS, and CGN).
3. 777s are steadily arriving. The rumor is excercising the OPTIONS (in addition to the two separate orders).
I heard these "rumors" about 10 Days ago, so they probably already changed!

- Is there any dates being mentioned for the UPS furlough?
- I've also heard ANC will take a hit in movement as more 77F start flying.
- The money they are stealing from us (4a2b) will be donated to Haiti relief.
