Yeah alarkyokie, I don't think it's amusing either that your shipment has been across the atlantic ocean twice so far.

We meant to do it that way. Shame on you.

Can we go back and ask for more money from the shipper? We could call it an excess fuel surcharge.

Customs issues maybe?

That couldn't be it, could it? After all, FedEx is in the business of losing money on each and every package that we ship. Isn't that how we became the worlds premier overnight shipper. It couldn't be that the person shipping the package made a mistake:eek:, after all I'm sure they ship all the time over to Europe.

JJ your loyalty is unyielding but customs issues usually rot in the holding area until cleared or given up for local donation. Doubt we're burning the gas to give it a world tour on purpose.

I thought we were shipping all these packages back and forth across oceans and continents so that you guys still flying can continue to earn the big bucks. Fact is, we really don't know what the problem with this package was and so to ass-u-me that FedEx screwed up, is just a little of a stretch. However, I agree that it could happen.

I blame the French.
