I remember Dave Hirschman as the guy who wrote Hijacked, the story of Fedex 705. It was, of course, a compelling story and well written. Anyone who hasn't read it, should.
I spoke with Dave Hirschman frequently when he was living in MEM and a reporter for the Commercial Appeal. He covered the story of us unionizing and negotiating under ALPA 1, and he got grief for appearing "anti-FedEx" by trying to present an unbiased view of the situation. Glad he's now an editer for AOPA Pilot.
I don't know Mike Graves, but congratulations to him. Jimmy Rollison is a true gentleman.
