Default Immediate Need-crashpad room in MEM

Anyone know of any folks in the MEM area that would put me up (and put up with me) for the next two weeks in MEM?
I got a custom line (read: Reserve) after coming off IOE. I only need it from the 12-28 Feb and would be willing to pay a premium due to short notice and one-time use.
Thanks for any help...

There are some extended stay hotels along I240 and the 385 that have weekly rates. You could probably get them for under 400 for 2 weeks. good luck

Solved. I'll just stay at the Q in Millington. Not even the cheapest but compared to other hotel/motels in the area, at least I won't have to carry a weapon.

I guess you are opting out of the "total" memphis experience then?

I used the Q's in Millington as a crashpad for many years. It's clean and safe, has the gym and golf course, car wash and auto hobby shop. It's MUCH more expensive than it used to be but beats getting scared every time you walk to your car ...

Not sure what the Q's cost, but the Comfort Suites on Hack's Cross has a rate of $43 a nite. Plenty to eat and hadn't been scared yet. Plus a FREE breakfast.

47/night at the Q. Ridiculous if you ask me, but no one did
Comfort Suites in Desoto, MS (sense a trend here?) was 70/night. The lowest I found was Microtel near Wolfchase @ 41/night but the reviews didn't do much for me.

Considering you get a decent free breakfast and highspeed internet - $47/night with no tax ain't bad.

why are we pilots (as a group) such cheap bastages?

it always cracks me up (and I'm the same way) the lengths we go to in order to save a buck!
