I'm not there yet..still awaiting the call...but the Stanstead base is no more. The bases now in effect are current on the Atlas info page of this website.

There's some deal in their training program, the way I heard it, you can't get the type in the sim with less than the 1000 PIC turbine. There have been pilots hired with less, mainly upgrading FEs.

Any ideas on when calls are going out? Does anybody know what it really takes to get a call...personal rec., international wide body time, etc?

There have been significant changes in Atlas's management and training department since they last interviewed. Therefor I would take any airline-specific interview prep with a grain of salt. Or less.

Atlas normally fully types the first officers. Two of the three sims are level C, which in turn drives the turbojet requirements. There have been some non-typed FOs in the past, and there is the one level D sim. Whether this means that they will back off the turbojet requirements remains to be seen.

Understand the company's business model. Understand that it is really just a big charter operation with big airplanes, and that it suffers from all the resulting chaos. Overall, considering the people involved, I would expect a fairly relaxed interview process.
