Get on the Airport Express train to Central Station, then buy yourself an Octopus card and use the MTR (Mass Transit Railway/underground train) to the nearest station to the hotel, I think Tsim Sha Tsui is the nearest? It's very easy. From memory you can't use the Octopus card for the Airport Express but it's been a while and may have changed.

I hope you have a BOT which is quicker than the other BOT's. I'm guessing lots and lots of BOT's trying to get those Fzn HKG D/H's right now! Well, I hope your BOT beats the lot and you get the slot to see Hong Kong's hot spots! (with apologies to Dr Suess)

There's a MUCH better way ...
For ALL of my scheduled deadheads for MANY years into HKG ... If I had a scheduled d/h, I went to the airport arrivals hotel desk (The hotel is responsible for crew transportation) and identified myself as FedEx CREW. They always put me in a VERY NICE Mercedes limo to the hotel. Direct bill to FDX. Couldn't be any nicer or easier. I highly recommend it.
To get to the "HOTEL DESK" ... exit customs, walk towards the opposite (north) end of the terminal, hotel desks are on the right (east) side.

Readback correct. What he said.
Unless you like carrying your 'round the world bag' up and down subway stairs, or trying to stuff them in a crowded train car with a few hundred of your closest friends. Go for the hotel Mercedes. And, as a wise old captain once told me, "it only costs a dollar more to go first class"

The hotel desk does not work anymore b/c we now use park lane limo for everything rather than the hotel car. Cheapest way ($12ish) is the airport express train which transfers to a short bus ride direct to the hotel. It is a high speed, non subway train with nice seats and luggage areas and you do not have to drag your bags up or down stairs. If you have the extra bank book the limo.
