Better than 4000 TT, over 1000 on equipment > 41000 lbs, internal rec just about required.
New process is two day interview, day 1 includes a panel interview with DO, CPs, & training Captain, and a separate interview with the new VP of HR. Day 2 is a eval in the 737 sim. You're on the hook for your own ride to MIA and your own hotel.
Rumor mill running very positive. -400s 'on the way'. Training dept expects to go to train the trainer 1 Nov.
Meanwhile, still short staffed on the classic, requesting volunteers to stay out on days off.

Actually, great group of guys there that were shackled by bad leadership. Unfortunately it took 3 years for Oak Hill to flush Norwalk but it sounds like they've finally done it and everything I've heard sounds like things are looking up there.
