FDX-Practice Bid 10.01
Now. We have just a short 35 minutes before the close of business in Mempho and still no practice bid. Leads to a couple of questions:
1) Am I forcing it to come out by the time I finish this post, by the very fact that I'm typing this post?
2) Is it going to be delayed due to the dreaded "software glitch"?
3) Am I in error thinking that if an FCIF comes out saying there will be a practice today, that they really meant some other day?
4) Did Tiger Woods somehow delay us today?
5) Is it really going to matter since it'll get canxed anyway?
6) Will it open a secondary that will please please please get me out of the airplane and position that I'm in?
I'm just sayin' (the new mantra)!
Discuss!

So....secondaries for ANC when there will be a HKG 11 domicile in a year or so. Secondaries in the 727 when we were told to expect an excess in it soon. Hmmmmm........

Maybe the company would rather get a more senior guy in that seat (who would be at a higher payrate already) and bring a more junior guy back to the lower paying panel. Who knows.

You would also have to consider who would have put 727 SO in a vacancy bid. Probably only junior HK guys who aren't quite so impressed with their current domicile. Still surprised that it was awarded, albeit a practice bid.

Bottomfeeder2:
Now how could that be? A practice bid that is screwed up?!!! There is no possible way this is the case. For this to be possible, you'd have to assume that a division of a Fortune 100 company doesn't actually know what it is doing and I simply find that not only hard to believe, but quite cynical as well.
It's high time we finally realize that the company knows what it is doing AND that whatever it is, is best for its pilots!
Come on, man!

P.S.--In case anyone can't figure it out, this is sarcasm!
