It is indeed the side letter I am referring to in my post. BM said this "hook" was so substantial that they would take ups to federal court if they tried to operate the maddog with ANY iro. That is why a lot of people (including me) said no to the midterm; it wasn't just enough for the big piece the company needed. After the no vote, when the company was give capt iros, I felt like an end run was made around the membership. I'm sure a lot of others felt the same way.
