Default IPA sends message to UPS w/ aerial banners

"UPS Flight Qualified Supervisors (FQSs) took a break from their golf game today to read two very simple but special messages-- written across the sky-- from their estranged brothers and sisters at the IPA.

Each of the FQSs who participated in the UPS Flight District Golf Event at GlenOaks Country Club in SDF looked to the sky and saw the public display of unity from the IPA.

During today’s UPS golf event, the IPA flew two banners overhead. The messages were clear and concise and demonstrated a desire for solidarity with the FQSs.

The first banner, which flew over the golf course for one hour read “IPA Welcomes All UPS Pilots” and the second banner, which flew for a second hour, read “FQS Pilots – Keep Sending Cards.”

Numerous UPS Labor representatives participated in today’s golf event, including Division Labor Manager Kevin Foster (right).

The IPA Executive Board and all members stand ready to welcome the FQSs to the IPA and encourages them to continue sending in their cards!"

The moral high ground? Another private sector job to add to the monthly total (41,000 + 1)? Maybe one or two more cards and FQS integration? We'll never know for sure!

If these guys have not sent their card in by now they won't. I was talking to a FQS neighbor of mine and he won't send it in. I told him I don't know how he has any self respect being loyal to clowns like Barr and Barnes. He is a Kool-Aid drinker if I have ever seen one.

I beleive the furlough is part retaliation for us going after the managers and the furloughees will pay the price while the rest of the IPA laughs it off.
