Combination of change of reserve times, sched bid and of course the layoff `of crewmembers.
The future- UPS will sqeeze until they feel better even if it costs them money, UPS will then concede something to the union, the pilots will get back 80% of what they sqeezed out of us and the pilots will feel like they have won. If you get a chance look at the scheds from ten years ago and see how far they have declined in quality.

Good paycheck, terrible company. Now that the [illusion of?] stability is gone from this place, it's viability as a long term career choice is similar to deciding if you'd like to poke yourself in the eye with a sharp stick on and off for the next 30 years. Oh, and the stick has been floating in raw sewage. And it's on fire.
Good times.
Good times.

Its time you people start acting like professionals and not like three year olds.
BTW -54 furlouges in 23 years...pretty impressive!!! Now get back to work!
