"You mean FDX does not abide by the RLA with express and NLRA with everyone else. Please give an example. Please source your example with something besides "from another site"."
Yes I do. Seen Pictures of FDX Ground Guys picking up Air. Pictures of FDX Ex Drivers picking up ground. LD-3's with ground packages in them. Ask a UPS'er about UPS Security and the stuff they photograph
"You failed to provide an example of where FDX violates either the RLA or NLRA. So again So what?"
So picking up Ground on the Air side and Ground picking up Air isn't? Cans with ground in them on FDX aircraft isn't?
"See post 43, the truth is Express is RLA and everyone else is NLRA."
I know that but violating that is Against the Rules. FDX Ground IC's are just that IC's How can a IC be unionized?
"Everyone at Fedex can organize under the RLA or the NLRA depending on what company they work for"
You've said that everytime but fail to answer any of my questions.
I'd think FDX Pilots would like support on the ground side like UPS does thats all.

Actually, I found it quite interesting that most pilot's posts are measured in lines of text, while yours can be measured in inches and are usually posted within minutes. And the info you pull off the net. Outstanding! Articles from years back, court rulings, Poof within minutes, posted on line. You must have one heck of a search engine. When I 'google', I get 10,000+ hits within nano-seconds and then spend hours sifting through the hay stack to find the needle.
Another thing, you started today's posting (in this thread only) at 3:42am and are still going strong at 4:15pm. Now if you were a person in the industry sitting reserve, or killing time on a hub turn, or clock watching while on airport standby I could understand the hours spent in this discussion. However, you have stated your not in the industry. So what's up? You gotta have better things to do. That's a lot of time spent pushing the "level playing field" argument for someone who's not directly involved.

No life today thats all. If you read you will see I'm unemployed. Thats why 130+ posts in 5 years. I think over 35 of them have been today
Didn't account for time changes between you and I right? I'm on EST. I woke up around 7 this morning. I have an Ipad and Iphone. Even went out this afternoon.
So today I've been called a joke, a UPS Manager, A UPS Spokesperson, I think somebody called me a "Teamster Thug" I should go on but again there are no answers.
I'm waiting for somebody to say that I live in Scott Davis' moms basement

If FDX Ground contracts with Delta to deliver lost luggage does that constitute a RLA violation and put Delta under the NLRA?
