Shipped my stuff at FedEx Home office location, used my employee discount, asked the clerk for the amount of the shipping ...................... XX, then I got additional billing through company for amount of XXX, which was over three times what the clerk had told me !!! I called the FedEx home office location and explained to the store manager that when that particular question is put forth, the clerk should have explained that there would be taxes and fees that they have no control or idea what it amounts to ! How hard is that to explain ........................ but if you read the backside of the shipping billing, it states that you agree to these additional charges, so there you have it.
Read the fine printed minutia on the back of the shipping billing paperwork BEFORE you ship anything International :<
Make sure if you ask them what it costs ................... they tell you everything they know or what they don't know !!!
