Whats required for a FedEx reference?
 

Hello

My understanding is that if an applicant gets a reference from a FedEx pilot that the FedEx pilot goes on line (or intranet) to do the reference. Can someone tell me what kind of things you have to fill in and questions you have to answer if you are doing a reference for someone?

Also I know it helps to have flown with the person but does it the company pay attention how long you flew with them? Basically does the company put more weight on a reference if you can say you flew with the guy over a three year period versus three weeks or do they even ask?

Do you own a pair of high quality knee pads?
