FDX LEC 22 Elections
The election process is now open for LEC 22. If you're in Blocks 2, 5 or 7 you should have received an email on how to vote and who's running. Everyone gets to a vote not only for your own block rep, but also for the other two block reps. Sorry if you already know this, but I know it's a question several people have asked me.
YES -- I'm one of the guys running for Block 2. The key to a strong union is an informed and engaged membership. Strong union + Financially sound FedEx = Great Contract Stay informed, engaged and VOTE. |
Remove due to error

Removed "due to error?" Or removed because you can't give endorsements here? What's the deal?
|
The latter

The MEC HAS given the go-ahead to do just that. If elected, I would do as you the membership feel is best after making sure you understood all the factors involved. Aaron Hagan sent out a great letter to Block 7. I'd like to quote a line from it..."keep in mind that Section 1 of our CBA allows the corporation to fly international freight in ways that might not be advantageous to our pilots."

Look what makes you think they can't fill the FDA w/o any sort of new LOA and just use current contractual language? Captains in any seat will ALWAYS be filled immediately. Right seat - just hire off the street, easily filled. Then what do we gain?
