Default FDX Expense Report Q??

I am sure this has never happened to anyone, but I lost a receipt for a taxi ride in KIX..... It was a fairly large sum and I used the company card. When I clled our high drag low speed card provider they said they could mail me a copy but it might take 30 days......

Is there a way around this or a "lost receipt" form somewhere?? Or am I going to eat a $150 cab ride??

Thanks.......

I don't know of a "lost receipt" procedure - maybe a call to your ACP for an extension to wait for the receipt?

Was it an actual cab or a limo/car service? Any chance you have the name or could get it from the card company? With that info, I'd call the Swisshotel and see if they could be a go-between. It's 2010, you'd think the company would have a way to email/fax you a copy of the receipt, send it to the Swisshotel and have them do it or something like that.

Good luck - and don't eat $150 over this. There's got to be a way.

I've had a lost receipt in the past, and it took an email to the ACP explaining the circumstances. He emailed the expense report folks and approved the report without the receipt. YMMV. I'd start with a call to your ACP.
