It IS snowing in Europe

Well, winter has arrived in Europe this week! The heavy snow has been wreaking havoc on all the airports in Europe. After we flew from Chicago to Cologne, Germany I was surprised to see the 5 passenger widebodies sitting on the ramp from airlines like: Cathay Pacific, Turkish Airlines, etc.

I'm glad boxes don't b*tch!:D

4 British Airways 747-400s are parked in ATH , they arrived yesterday and are still here.

That is why "they" dont call it global warming anymore. The new catch phrase is climate change. That way it will cover all the bases.

I was wondering why every Heathrow flight was canceled when I walked by the board the last two nights.

Well, no. It is called climate change to help those that don't know the difference between weather and climate understand reality. It covers all of the bases because that is indeed a better term to describe the science.

Example; There is always some dolt that makes a joke about "global warming" whenever there is cold weather.

Because of all the scientific and anecdotal evidence to the contrary, it is not lobbied as global warming anymore, but "global wierding."
