Default UPS results
Anyone want to make a last minute guess on what the final numbers will be when they are announced tomorrow? I am going to guess (unfortuantely) that it passes with a 63.

I've heard a lot of changes minds too, but mostly in the direction of YES. We'll see in a few more hours what to make of it.

Your right about people changing to yes. I was just surprised a lot more conversions to no as time drew near. We'll see ......
