I have seen an app with flash-card-type Q&A for the B744...I guess you can search for your airplane type.

Although I would love to have that app, I also think studying on a smart phone is not exactly the ideal way to study...I still like to have a book with actual pages to turn!! But then I don't (haven't spent the $$$ yet) have an ipad, and likely the experience is very book-like.

One of our guys does publish a study guide in pdf and also a version for the kindle...

I guess you could produce a pdf and put it in ibooks. I have done that with a limited number of job aids for my iphone4.

Or are you asking about an interview test like the Ace the technical interview book?

I thought about getting the FE prep for my iPhone but figured it would be a pain on such a small screen. I went with these guys:

Sheppard Air Flight Test 4.0 Prep Software ATP, Flight Engineer, Mil Comp - FAA Airline Transport Pilot

They have a new program for Mac and it worked well for me, for what it is worth. No internet connection needed either, which was handy.

Default FE Prep

I've taken the FE written 3 times - and hopefully never again. I highly recommend Sheppard Air's test prep software. The software allows for various options and review tools, and they offer great phone support if you need it.
