Anyone know how class seniority is determined at FedEx?

fdxmd11fo 08-31-2006 10:59 AM

last 4 of ssn in reverse order. 9999 to 0000

undcmsu 08-31-2006 11:05 AM

So 0012 would be low seniority and 7854 would be high, or the other way around?

9999 is the best you can do.

7854 would be more senior than 0012

Well, it wouldn't be the first time I was the most junior! :) Of course it's only an issue if they call back....

It used to be age...

It used to be the oldest individual was the most senior in the class and the youngest the most junior.

They used the SSN number method with my class and that was 18 years ago.

For those who started on 8/28, does anyone know how long they swam in the pool?

FDX has a senirioty (based on date of interview) based pool correct?
