The UPS guy deserve an increase for the A380 as well.

Why would you say that? The UPS guys have decided that each seat position shall pay the same as that same seat position on every/any other A/C. If anyone should get an increase in pay, it should be the B-727 guys, who do roughly 4 legs a night, into and out of uncontrolled and smaller airports. Not the A-380 guys who will do one leg to a hotel in a very large city, after flying and eating their way to one of the 10 or 12 A-380 capable airports in the world.
