Pretty disappointed with those results just for pay alone. I'm not a single issue voter but I still have a very bad taste in my mouth from 4a2b . . . or could it be my wife's cookin'.

It was a grievance so it's at the end of the TA.

Even though it was a grievance, the reason we are having a new contract is to change anything we dont like with the past contract, LOA's, and grievance settlements.

Although we seem to get some modest gains, I think they are to modest in a lot of areas. But, what do I know!

No, the three percent is minimal and the lump sum is ridiculous. Send the NC back in. Thanks NC but I hope you can do better.

Yet ANOTHER No vote from me. I voted No last time due to the ridiculous pay raises. I don't need to waste any more time reading it or writing emails or answering polls. My negotiating committee doesn't seem to speak for me!
