T-6 hours for FedEx?

Does anyone know if T-6 PIC / instructor hours would satisfy the "turbine" multiple-engine time requirement, kind of like the Viper drivers get to do? Obviously a prop, but isn't it a turbine prop...so confusing...

I don't recall ever seeing a multi-engine T-6? Do you have a pic you could post?

If I were you, I would put my T-6 time down as multi-engine JET?

I don't remember ever seeing a multi-engine F-16 either! Guess we don't have any F-16 guys here do we!?

I guess that it's a little difficult and confusing to read the hiring criteria that FedEx has stated. If you need pictures to understand such things, then perhaps you shouldn't waste your money applying.

No it's single engine, just like the F-16, but the F16 counts for multiengine time. Don't know if it's an agreement with the FAA or the airlines themselves. But that's why I posted the question.

Or maybe the Viper guys were just wearing earplugs the day they were told their F-16 time didn't count. Maybe you should take them to standards for wearing earplugs......

.... what about "Predator" time? I'm surprised that question hasn't come up yet

OK, OK ... even I have to admit, that's pretty darn funny :D

Post from the pilotcredentials website.

What do you mean by military jet "tactical?"

A: Some examples of military jets in the tactical category are F-18, F-15, F-16, S-3. Other single pilot jets including training aircraft.
No I know the T-6 is just a turboprop (sarcasm), but on everything else it the website says Jet or Turboprop.

Just put your stuff in, I'm sure it will tell you if it doesn't accept T-6 time.
