ADD layover
 

Any of you Southern Air boys have ideas for a layover in ADD? I am at the Sheraton, and have only managed to make some day walks around the hotel before retreating.

How did you manage to get the Sheraton?????

"Lucky" would be too strong a word. Since I last wrote I almost had my MD11 watch stolen while my arm was attached--of course there was beer involved. Any suggestions?

I spent 7 months in ADD. Most expats hang out in the Bole Area. Try Friendship Mall or Edna Mall area. That should be about an 80 Burr taxi ride, but since you're starting from the Sheraton they will try to charge you $10. The Sheraton is without a doubt the best place in Town. The Hilton is nice too, but still 1/2 the price of the Sheraton. Everything else is way down the list.
