MD11 SDF: 8
757/767 ONT: 3
757/767 MIA: 3

No classes set yet for the MD11 ANC domicile.

Have you heard about anymore new hire classes for the coming months?

Do you know if UPS has ramped up their interviewing or are they still interviewing just a few a day?

Some how these # don't add up to 150 new hires by end of the yr, but hey they got their 57% they needed so they can continue lying to us for another atleast 8 yrs without any ramification.

I know that they just added another class for October. I believe they are running classes through peak as well.

So does that make 2 classes in Oct? Last I read there might be one on Oct 10th.

Hey Brownie, get over it!! The contract passed and there is nothing you can do about it so relax. Enough of this 57% crap. I am so tired of hearing about it. Get on with your life.:mad:

No doubt. Man, life is too short to **** and moan 100% of the time.

BTW, I heard (in the cafeteria the other night so take it for what it's worth) that some 757 people in a class that is going on right now were told that they were going to change them over to the MD11.

Two new hires were pulled out of 727FE SDF and put into an MD-11 SDF class. Which means they might be going to ANC.

Our training center can only handle a max of 2 classes of 10-14/month. It may be excruciatingly slow, but that's the way big brown has always done it. It's efficient to always be understaffed and behind the hiring curve....at least that's what some bean counter figuredl

What's really funny is the rush, rush, rush to get you through the school house, then you might sit on your arse for two to six weeks waiting for IOE, and then a week or so for your release to the line check. It's really quite funny when you think of it, but hey I don't manage this train wreck.:rolleyes:

So has it been confirmed that there are 2 classes now in Oct? Last I heard it was only one. Any news would be appreciated.
