OK, what does that do to your normal contributions to RSP & MPP? Does it effectively decrease the amount you can contritbute in a given year?

No, an additional 7% (or will it still be 6%?) will be placed in your B fund. And the total for (all in 2007) will be part of your total compensation towards your average earnings. I guess the deviation bank they are going to claim as taxable income will count towards average earnings as well, I wonder if it will bump the B fund contribution too.

If its's taxable income, then it counts towards both.

It should be 6% since both payments will occure before the Nov 07 bump in the B fund.

Another nice little nugget for those who still fly the reserves, if you drop trips for Mil leave, they still pay your B fund as if you had flown those trips. I.E. you would have made $8,000 that month but dropped all of your trips, the company still put $480 or $560 after Nov 07 in your B fund.

Exclamation Lossing Vacation days!!!!

Ok, I just read the vacation section and it still states 6CH of vacation. With the trip rigs changing to 3.75, I think this means we actually lose some vacation time!

Is this correct???
