FedEX- BidEx hangup?

Has anyone else had problems logging in with the new egrid format? I have emailed Paul and am awaiting response?

Download the bid lines file to your desktop or wherever you can find it again. Open Bidx and select "Import bidline file" and direct it to that file you just downloaded. Magic happens and you now have a bidfile in Bidx.

I have the lines already.

Will I still be able to upload my bid?

Or will I have to do it manually?

If you have a work around, please share.

This was posted on the Jetflyers Facebook thread....FWIW

Fx eGrid, MAC pilot.fedex.com easy login is broken. Company changed the eGrid challenge to CAPTCHA, which is a graphic that is specifically designed to stop programs like Fx eGrid. Sorry for now. More to come. Expect BidX and MagicWebFX to break also.

Company has thrown the programers another curve ball....standby for a fix.

Bid? You want to Bid? None of the hubbites gets to bid, why should you?

They show a very keen interest in spending money on degrading our ability to access VIPS. I assume it's because the servers are getting too much traffic and spending money on that is frowned upon. This is their response to an increased need for real time trip trading. During bid week too so BidX might not get fixed in time. Best I can call this is mean spirited and spiteful.

At no point does QOL come into the equation. The cost is minimal but is blocked at every turn.

Anyone that thinks the company would work with us on PBS needs a pee test. If it were to come out of the shoot working but fouled up, fouled up it would stay

When the bidpack is downloaded it's saved as an unrecognizable file (.pdf).
What am I doing wrong???

Obviously the company noticed things were too quiet here on APC, figured they'd do something to get us b!tching and moaning again. :D

You must download the file that says only "Bid Lines" It will download as this "2011_Jun_B777_MEM_LINES.txt" Then open Bidx and select "Import bidline file" and direct it to that file you just downloaded. Magic happens and you now have a bidfile in Bidx.
