FDX - iPad 1 and Expense Report Page
Anyone find a browser/user agent work around to keep the expense report page from crashing on the iPad 1? It works fine on the iPad 2, and based on my discussion with the Genius Bar folks, it seems the problem in the limited memory in the iPad 1. Just thought I would ask to see if anyone has it working on the original iPad. Thanks.

I can't help with that, but I am curious how you got your IPad 1 back, after it crashed. I'm in Delhi and mine just died. Also, no EGrid now :-(

It just crashes Safari (and all the other browsers I have tried). Sorry can't help with your issue. Maybe try holding the power and home buttons at the same time until the apple logo displays. That will reset your iPad, but will not delete anything on it. Good luck.

That did it. Many thanks!

Just thought I would share. Opera Mini was just released for the iPad and the expense report pages work on the iPad 1. The page display is a little off, but at least I can now do my expense report on my iPad through a browser.

Expense Reports on iPad 1
FYI. With IOS 5 Safari no longer crashes on iPad 1 when doing FDX company expense reports.
