the lowest paid pilot on our list is at 4yr fo pay, this is over 140k in just salary. Not counting retirement. So this story could not possibly be accurate. Dont care personally but I would be willing to bet that with fdx's split payscale our average salary is higher than theirs.

My absolute bottom line guaranteed pay at UPS is $248,600 as a captain. Thats not including per diem, sick pay, benefits, etc. This article is bogus.
Of course this low figure could be advantageous in contract negotiations when we start talking about pay.

Once again the press has published an article based on inaccurate data from a unverified source about our personal business and got it all wrong !
"Never let the facts keep you from telling a good story!"

I was gonna say, all you UPS guys need to stop talking about how much you really make and start waving this flag around!

Maybe they are averaging in my pay $0.00. Myself and 108 others are dragging down the average.

Or the spectacular first year pay, the second year on RDG receiving only 37.5 credit hours, or the third year on furlough pay.
Overall I made more as a DC-10 FO at Gemini!!
