So the company can change the schedule whenever it wants to, but we get to dispute it for 3 months, and then have the vp of ops say fly it. What an awesome contract we have! Sign me up for another year!!!

I think this definition only refers to "submissions" - as in dropping/moving R-days, M/U requests, and the like - that can already be approved/disapproved by CRS (not "changing the schedule")

This definition is not referencing pairing construction or bid-line construction - both of which have their own separate processes (SIG, and CBA Scheduling Section)

Good point, though, that you should expect to be released with only 3 R-days remaining though since the company is admitting (in writing in this FCIF) that less than 4-day blocks are "inefficient" and/or "unusable"

Do to changes in reserve bid line adjustments, posting 11-02 will be delayed to avoid embarassment that yet another FDA will go unfilled.

Closes at 1900z. Assuming you mean 11-02.

They can always cancel it up until the point that they put out the results. Maybe they won't pull the trigger.

I haven't been able to drop a reserve day in 6 years. I quit trying.
