Maybe not 100 in the 727 but, I have heard they are looking at going to mostly Pros in the schoolhouse. Across the entire fleet would easily be more than 100.

From what I hear, every job that doesn't involve hauling freight will be farmed out to non-seniority list pilots. It's coming from the top.

Hard to farm out PCA duties for CMV1, CMV2 & CLOE events PCAs are required by the contract.

Then who's going to fly all the draft trips? Every peak, or critical period, flexes are asked to fly extra.
