As far as I remember the info was just about the same. They do seem to be getting a little more on the defensive and trying to sell the TA a bit more.

That is understandable considering some of the comments on these boards (which they obviously read) and the questions that the crewforce comes up with.

Both Bob C and Dave W mentioned that voting down the TA would be a pretty big hit on the union's credibility with the company and the NMB folks. That would send us to about Apr before we could open up talks again. A little more pressure to get folks to approve the TA I think, and warranted.

I think that if you have a vote you need to let it play out, I just hope that the crewforce is motivated enough to vote and smart enough to approve the TA.

I voted online 3 days before the email saying online voting was available. Also when you vote online you should get an email confirming that your ballot has been cast. 90% for 10% against, just my prediction.

I voted YES to it online yesterday. Read the TA and was confused on a few issues. Went to the roadshow and cleared things up. I would highly recommend the roadshow for you guys on the fence. It might clear your mind.

Just to reiterate ... I hope nearly all of us FedEx pilots are responsible enough to cast a vote.

Either for or against the TA, that's up to you ... but take the few minutes and VOTE.
Paying dues, wearing lanyards/tie tacks, displaying bag tags/stickers, attending rallies/roadshows, discussions in the cockpit/AOC ... these all lead up to VOTING and doing your part as an active union member.

Talk to your crews and friends ... make sure we have a respectable turnout (min. 98% in my opinion). Yes or no, for or against, whatever ... JUST VOTE!

Hear Hear..........The sad fact is that the pilots who usually do the most complaining are either NON-Members or Members who never get involved in anything- - meaning they don't ever correspond with or attend LEC meetings, They never serve on any committees and they fail to exercsie their right to vote. I agree with you and I would love to see a 100% participation in voting, but the sad fact is I bet we see about 75% of the members vote.

Default Just Vote!!!!!!!

Been talking to a few of the Bubbas during hub turns and have asked them if they had voted. Not to find out how they voted, but if they voted. Everybody except one has without hesitation said they voted yes.

JUST VOTE!!!!!!!
