I see where you're coming from, but you're wrong. The Constitution indeed has power here, but not in the way you think.

This is actually a private forum and the administrators can censor you and squelch any free speech that you think you have on this board. After all, it is within their Constitutional rights to administer however they would like.

Besides, you got me all wrong. I didn't even imply that they shouldn't use this board to air their dirty laundry. It is just that one would think with such well paid and resourced pilot group would have their own place to vent.

Simple search of FDX, fedex and zapata and they can find out for themselves who has a chip big enough open up an old thread.

What's the problem, I only see 9 pages on google. I think it has to be at least 10 pages to prove someone has a chip on their shoulder! :D It could just be equipment envy?
