Default FDX-2 Paychecks

For months now, maybe since our pay raise/back pay check, I've been getting 2 paychecks each pay period. One is normal, the other basically blank, no withholding information or totals on the check part. This happening to anyone else?

You still get your paycheck in the mail and not via direct deposit?

Just kidding...it is direct deposit but I'm getting 2 of them each time. One real one blank.

Basically, you have more deduction items than will fit on one page, so you get the second page. Also happens when you have exactly enough to fill one page.

Happens whether you are check or DD.

I've been getting a blank second page too.

Some manager is probably just waiting until they can establish a data point before they put in their Eco-suggestion to eliminate those 2nd page non-printing characters (CRs & LFs for the geeks) in employee paychecks and collect a big monetary BZ.

I think it happened when they moved the company paid insurance to a new category. Added a few more lines to the end of the pay stub.
