Then again I work for a crappy regional, so how bad can it really be
I hear its mostly long day trips from MIA.. 18 hour days etc etc etc.

SkyLease Cargo is good old Tradewinds Ailrines with a new name.
They try to hire folks that can not get a job anywhere else, then abuse the sh!t out of
them: 20 hour days. No bunks on the airplane, cockpit jumpseat for crew rest.
Keep guys on the road for their scheduled OFF days, lousy pay, etc, etc.
Good for a stepping-stone job and to get some heavy time..
Not good if you have a family or enjoy life at home.

Just curious mostly. My current work conditions, and those of my whole career thusfar for that matter, have at times been worse. That being said, I am familiar with the term "the grass is always greener on the other side", and try to be mindful of it. Ultimately, I would like to get away from these lower tier operators - but I am a terribly curious person.

The New C.P.
Is from Falcon Air and has a bad reputation. He is one on MIAs elite as is the C.P. of IBC. These two guys are the reason they cannot find crews. You'll just have to trust me on that. They are always advertsing and people come and go quickly after they figure these two guys out.
