Default UPS Jumpseat Finder Inop or Pilot Error?

I'm having trouble receiving results from the UPS jumpseat finder link that's posted in the airline section of APC. This is what I get:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

/lebo/jsresult.asp, line 11

800401f3

----------------

Does anyone have any insight into what's wrong? I use a Mac with OS Lion installed.

Try this:

Jumpseat Finder

or call

800-228-2739 option 4 then 1.

Just tried the above link. Works fine.

The home page you listed works, but the error arises when you try to search for a flight.

has it ever worked on your mac? If yes, that points to their problem. if no, try a different browser and/or make sure you've got the latest (or required) version of flash and java installed.

Are you running as "administrator"?

I'm not a mac guy, so some of those suggestions may only apply to the Microsloth world.

Good Luck, we're all counting on you.

Yes, it worked on my Mac with the old URL. I tried the new URL with Safari and Firefox with the same result. I've been calling the 800 number. My goal is to search online and book over the phone. Every time I call we spend 10 minutes trying to nail down the "perfect" commute for my trip and I feel like I'm being an annoyance when I do. After all, UPS is doing me a huge favor giving me a ride to work. The least I can could do is be as prepared as possible when I call.

I get the exact same error message when I try to look up flights on the new site too.

I'm running IE9 on a pc. Old site always worked fine.

Go figure?

Smile Working link

I did get the old link to work after I tracked it down. Give this a shot.

The Independent Pilots Association

Maybe the new link only works if you have an IPA login?
