AVA October?

They want you to be confused. Or more precisely, you simply aren't in on the reasoning for the drop denial. You just get an automated response that does not accurately describe the reason. They don't want you hanging around at home. If they have to work every week of the month, you should too. That's only fair...Or so they think.
I happen to believe they want us to use more of our sick time. I know I'm sick of this nonsense.
KAFKAESQUE

Yea I was getting the same thing ..... A LOT
When you request to move/drop and rday they let the computer run with it and deny it (they'll tell you they can't over rule the computer) But, when you put in an AVA request the computer automatically approves it, but in this case they take the time to look at staffing and low and behold they always have sufficient reserves.
If they'd take the same time to look at the staffing with move/drop request you'd get it approved when max open is 40 and zero trips in the system.
We need some scheduling oversight... a pilot in there at all times.
