Need some Advice on acquiring a Antonov AN-32 and a IL 76 Ilyushin Il-76 any help would be greatly appreciated

I think you'd have better luck over on Pprune, I don't think there are any on the FAA registry.

There's a bunch of them parked along side our ramp in ALA..... most have motors, all of them have grass growing up through them...

There is an il 76 sitting on the ramp up in Marquette, MI (formerly known as KI Sawyer, AFB). I believe it was embroiled in some arms deal and was abandoned not too long ago.

There also used to be one at Perrin AFB near Dallas, TX that was supposedly on it's way to Oshkosh last year or the year before and got stuck somewhere. Clearly it's at least semi-airworthy to get out of that AFB.

No idea where it is now however.

I heard from the rampers that they had outstanding fuel bills in Texas.

N78GF is the IL-78 you might be referencing. It has a history on flightaware.
