Toys For Tots Bike Drive
Please join the FedEx pilot group as we bring hope to less fortunate children this Christmas by purchasing new bicycles for Toys For Tots. Many of us feel blessed monetarily even in these difficult economic times and would like to help. The problem is that we don't know exactly how to get involved.
This campaign makes it easy for you to make a difference:
- You donate online. (Or by mail, click here for details.)
- We buy bikes at a bulk rate and tax free.
- FedEx mechanics and other volunteers assemble the bikes.
- Toys For Tots distributes them to needy children for Christmas.

FedEx pilots, this is our fundraiser. Please help me get the message out by telling others about it, bumping this thread, and sharing on Facebook or Twitter. We are off to a good start, having raised nearly $5,000 of our $15,000 goal. If we reach or exceed our goal, over 200 bikes can be purchased for less fortunate children the Christmas.
Although this campaign is being promoted by the FedEx pilot group, anybody reading this thread can donate online.
Updates on our progress are available on the website.
