just curious about what is a common fatiguing pairing for you guys? it depends on the person but for us its usually six leg days with 13+ hours of duty and 7 hours of flying. string 4 of those together and you gotta make sure you sleep really well at night.
are most of the duty periods just fly into mem then sit and fly out?

Those threads will contain more information about what & why our MEC feels certain pairings are fatiguing...and unsafe.
And the vast majority of us don't typically "sleep really well at night" --- that's when we're out flying --- even if it's only into MEM.
Night Hub turning can be extremely fatiguing ---- especially when trips don't consider many other physiological factors.
Fly safe!
