You can start by determining whether the LEC 7 Chair's and Vice Chair's methods help or hurt the union achieve it's goals. Do you think our NC will have an easier or harder time during last year of the interim talks?

In paragraph's 1 and 2 of the Chair/Vice message they use these big words like honest and leadership.
--These are words they clearly either have never understood or have forgotten the meaning of.

In paragraph 1 they say it is high time we got their promised report.
-- Got it! High time means when there is an agenda item at the next meeting for their recall. Therefore, we will skirt the edges of the truth and spread fear, uncertainty and despair in the rest of our message to try and fire up the troops. In the process we will throw a bunch of committee members under the bus.

In paragraph 2, they say that there were wild eyed rumors on APC and they want to clear the record as no recall resolution was made and no vote was taken. They say it is true that leadership issues were discussed!
-- There you go again guys using words like true and leadership. Words you just don't understand.
--Yep. No resolution was made and no vote taken. Would you like to tell everyone why? Do you deny that you were 2 of the 3 that were pushing for such a recall resolution? You, dare I say, led the movement that wanted such a resolution but had to be talked out of it. I'll tell you who talked you out of it if you want. Would have looked pretty stupid the day after a "13-0" vote.

The rest of the message is just spreading blame and fud(fear, uncertainty and despair). You say you don't want to villify committe members yet you do. You throw people under the bus and point fingers. LOOK IN THE MIRROR!

You complain about anonymous attacks yet you are the masters. Attack and distract is what you do best--it was practically your campaign platform. Unfortunately, you prefer to attack fellow MEC members and union members.

Finally, you sign the letter In Unity

Glad to know someone else reads that letter like I do. Don't you think it is "interesting" that the link to the recall proxies is hard to find now. It was easy there for awhile.

Word I got is that certain members of the MEC don't want it to be too easy for someone to get recalled and they felt it was interfering with the process for those forms to be readily accessible.

Things that make me go hmmm.

Didn't these two win their election by 6 votes, out of 300+ cast? That's turned into quite a mandate hasn't it?

And there lies in the problem! Only 300 out of over 1000 voted. The apathy in this pilot group is off the charts. Maybe next time we'll get a little more pilot involvement and better representation. Just a theory though:)
