FDX - 727 Disputed Pairings for Feb 2012
New Bid Month!!
....but, same fatiguing pairings.
Only the Trip # has changed --- it's Trip #9 (BFM-QRO-MEM) in Feb.
Looks like most junior folks stayed away from this pairing in Jan, with only a few senior guys choosing to pad their wallets vs. a unified aproach to safety & long term QOL.
Hopefully, we get better leadership from top to bottom.
Let's keep working together to keep this trip out of the remaining 2012 bid packs.

I wonder if the very top of the seniority list gets the ALPA emails on DPs?
...or the nature of the compelling need to fly such fatiguing pairings, when you can literally choose any line in the bidpack?
(YES --- ANY LINE in the bidpack )
I know we're not supposed to "Hint and Hope" --- but can't we "Hint and Hope" for some senior leadership?

Sure they're leaders. It's just they're leading their portfolio thru tough financial times. Did you mean lead people?
Careful with the assumption with seniority. I've seen many a junior member act like an independent contractor and some senior members rally the troops. Why don't you provide some initials or hints?

The maintenance side of the house is saying that the QRO trip is going to the 57 somewhere around the June timeframe. Wonder if it will continue to be disputed in their world or if the pairing will be changed to an out and back?

Select ALL Crew Positions when you look at Open Time and you will see.
SHE'S at the VERY TOP of the bidpack.
(Are there any SENIOR leaders out there that can talk to their PEERs?
Capt Bueller...Capt Bueller...Capt Bueller?
...in the 727 community, it seems like the "push" to educate is coming primarily from the junior folks.)

No excuses --- no Mulligans --- senior or junior. It is simply not difficult to keep track of DPs. And we need to quit looking the other way and confront those that undermine our SIG/PSIT. Come on. Make that phone call. BTW, our own jetflyer e-gram author flew one back in December. I let him know what I thought. And you?
