Thank God! We all look like a bunch of misfits in our various outfits. Too many choices. Shirt only (with pants) in the Summer and overcoat and/or jacket in the Winter.

Is that winter in Memphis or in Sydney? Or perhaps mandatory after 1 October. Oh and there is the small issue of rain, which occurs on planet EARTH sometimes. None of the above options repel rain very well. Just thoughts.

.....if this is on managements list of "things to do" after the re-org, then we obviously need more senior managers, and managing directors to straighten this out.......

This idea is custom-made to repair some of our flagging unity....

Problem solved! The new rain jacket...we could have it and the hat done in Orange...and replace all the yokes with this Naval wheel, depending on the background of the captain flying the plane!

Alaska and Horizon wear something similar to a North Face shell and that's why I was wondering. It's great!

At Alaska, when we fly the purely cargo flights, we wear street clothes. The boxes don't seem to care.

we are going to keep the parka. remember the peanut butter analogy.

in the end we will fight for the parka and win, then feel like we won a battle

to keep something we already had.

I like the parka. I'll be disappointed if we lose them

That would be funny if it wasn't the spot-on pathetic truth! We will trade 76/75 pay rates for parkas, leather jackets, and keeping our lockers!
