FDX--EWR Question

Stupid question here guys...are there any showers in the hub at Newark and what is the best way to get to the main terminal? I appreciate the help!

There might be a shower but your clothes might be stolen while you were in it. Catching a fdx bus to/from Terminal A transit center is very easy.

Out the door of the A terminal ground floor take a left. End of the bldg is a parking lot for buses. The FedEx bus will take you to the EWR ramp/hub. look for the standard school bus, painted in the FDX colors & labels.

From Ramp to terminal, go past where GT usually picks you up & get on the bus. Make sure to aks that it is the EWR airport bus- not the employee parking lot bus.

There is a recliner room down the hall from ewr ops.

Very easy

It's too bad you don't have any friends that live in New Jersey and commute from Newark that you could call and ask these kind of questions to.

The short answer about the showers is, yes, but they are part of the hub facilities. I've never heard of a pilots using them. I believe the men's room on the third floor would have a shower.
