You know this moving forward, I'm sorry to say is all about compromise. I guess we have to take 1 step back to take 2 steps forward. Hopefully all for the greater good. We all are going to take a hit ( seniority ).
This Dick Cabeza guy has been nothing but negitive. untrusting, doom & gloom etc. I'm sure he's a real pleasure in the cockpit.

When we all become one big happy family and it's time to pick the new MEC to lead us. Chuck Hill has a good working relationship with management. He has been straight and honest with us every step of the way. He shows up for meetings even when he had vacations planed. That's because he cares about our future. That's called integrity and character.

Get off it Sport, its Done, you guys got what you wanted, now grow up and back off!
Again if you want to start a feud between pilot groups keep up your crap, I stated the fact it is going straight to arbitration, from what I understand you guys requested it first, and I think for all involved it is best, less Bad Blood between our pilot groups.

First of all, I think it's still in the ISL committee but if it goes to the arbitrator, Do you think you will be happy with his decision? My hope is that our guys can figure it out. That would be the best case scenario. I'm not trying to start a feud. When we were in the BAX system I got along great with the ATI pilots. I just want what is best for you , me and the company. OK
