FDX Global Travel Question

This morning I called the Global Travel number I have had in my phone for the last 10 years to speak to someone about changing a ticket I have for later in the week. Instead of the usual phone tree message that somewhere states "push 3 for FedEx crew travel", I got an entirely different message. It said; "You have called outside the normal FedEx Global Travel hours of 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday. If this is concerning a trip within the next 24 hours press 1 to speak to an after-hours specialist, otherwise call back during normal business hours." Have I missed another catering FCIF where services and such have been eliminated or reduced? I have always been able to call Global Travel 24 hours a day for any future travel needs. Hopefully someone on here can tell me I just missed a phone number change or something and point me in the right direction. Thanks.

I just got off the phone with them, same number I've had too, it was just like always. Try calling again.

Which political party are you? (j/k) I had a similar issue earlier in the year and it turned out something was wrong with Global's phone lines. I found out from scheduling who tried to call them on a backup line to no avail. I had a different issue (canceling a deviation ticket after trip changed at last minute), but duty officer kept calling for me after I left and I called the airline myself and cancelled the ticket.

I thought it was "press 1 for crew travel"?

I just tried to call them. I got the same message that you got above. Used the same number I had for years.
