Question FDX-Outlook Email Folders?

Does anyone know how to manage folders and import old emails from our old webmail system to the new outlook system? I was able to create new folders in outlook using my iPhone browser, but they don't show up when I'm logged in on my computer for some reason.

Also I'd like to import some of my old emails to the new system before they get rid of the old email system. Is there a good way to do that without having to email each one individually back to myself?

Thanks all.

"They" said they were going to create a migration tool to move those old emails. No telling how long that will take.

I tried mailing (forwarding) myself an email from the old system, but it didn't work. I got an error message saying that emails could only originate from the new webmail system.

I have a good number of old emails I want to keep, but for now, there doesn't appear to be any way to do it other that to print them out.

Hope they come out with that "migration tool" before it's too late.

I went through about 30 minutes of pain with the FedEx FIRST help desk today (as it says to do in the posting). I initially received the phone equivalent of a blank stare, but after being transferred to a tech supervisor found out that the afore-mentioned migration tool has not been released yet. Apparently the beta testing found lots of bugs, so until it is released the old webmail will remain unchanged. We'll have 90 days from release of the migration tool to move over old emails. One other thing to note: all new emails are going to the new Outlook system, which doesn't tell you on the PFC screen that you have new email waiting...so don't forget to check when you're logged on.

I just set that up. Nice! Better than the number on the PFC page since I don't need to log in just to check email.
