Jepp goes digital in 2018, we were there 8 yrs ago with Lido. The jepp human interface is horrible. The fact most of us cannot even load a route, search an MEL issue, and use the external keyboard are minor issues when you consider things like digital NOTAMs, interactive ADS-B moving maps, and other digital enhancements have ZERO growth for us in the near future. Combine all this with Jepp being a much more expensive product and we can only hope they listen to the customers complaints. Time will tell.
This pretty much sums up my experience as well. Please let your Standards rep know! They claim Jepp really wants to hear. (blah, blah, blah, blah, thanks for the $$$$$) My recommendation was for Jepp to hire a few 16 yr old Apple employee types, and this would be a great product in about a week!!!

And that would have worked with LIDO as well. As long as the paycheck clears I'll use what they tell me but the expense of taking care of the backup LIDO kit is not a valid argument.
